WPF Challenge - third place
Life in general, Programming, Uncategorized   A few weeks ago I submitted one of my small applications (RSS Reader) in Josh Smith’s WPF competition that had 12 contestants, and 14 applications submitted! To be honest.. I hadn’t expected to be one of the competiotion’s winners because many of the submitted applications were very impressive.
After I read judge’s comments: “ Application: RSS Reader really stands out visually. It is a simple tool which has a great look and feel. It has nice visual effects when changing the category of blogs to view. This application seems to be something that one wouldn’t see in anything HWND based, so it definitely is a “WPF app†worth checking out. ” I really felt proud inside about this achievement
and also is a great developing, designing motivation for me. Finally I realised what means to put dedication and passion for your project.
So… again, my conclusion: WPF ROCKS!!!
